Description: Richmond Roofing (Single Ply) Ltd completed this 7000m2 refurbishment of an industrial warehouse comprising stripping of the existing coverings down to the existing concrete deck and installation of a new fully adhered Sika-Sarnafil warm roof system including tapered cut-to-falls insulation, whilst the building remained in operation. Richmond Roofing (Single Ply) Ltd were faced with the challenge of keeping the building watertight – so as not to cause damage to the stock stored below – during both stripping and recover phases.
